Service Description

Using an audit instrument based on the requirements of AAC R(4)(6), and when appropriate, AAC R(9)(20) and other relevant rules and regulations, vulnerabilities will be identified, and strategies for remediation suggested. Remediation Services: Single projects or ongoing consultation to ensure that your practice complies with rules and regulations. Mental Health Practice Forms Development of various forms for your practice which includes all elements required by rules and regulations (e.g., Consent to Treat, Treatment Plan, Billing Logs, etc.). Practice Consultation Occasional or ongoing consultation on business, clinical, and documentation issues arising in your practice.
